Class Calendar

Another month has flown on by, and here we are almost at the end of Summer.  We are all deeply saddened by the tragedy of the Victorian bushfires, and the loss of so many lives.  As a small gesture we have donated last Fridays crop night fees to the bushfire appeal.  For those ladies interested in helping out further, please check out Sara Gladmans blog  http://sares1911.wordpress.com/….She is asking for volunteers to make memory albums to donate to families who have lost their homes, and the Imagination Factory is registered as a drop-off point.

FEBRUARY CHALLENGE

On a brighter note, there are still 10 days left to submit a layout for Februarys challenge.  Just in case you missed it, all you need to do is scrap a page (or Off the Page) all about YOURSELF.  It’s that easy!  So get scrapping ladies to be in the running to win a $10 Imagination Factory Gift Voucher.

NEW STOCK

We’re particularly loving K&Co’s new Amy Butler range, it’s floral and feminine and oh so gorgeous.  As are the new autumn leaves and Rouge de garance collections.  “Snips & Snails” has also arrived and is perfect for little boys!  Our range of Bazill is continuing to expand, with the first release of Swiss Dot.  And for those that like to try something different the coredinations whitewash cardstock comes in a gorgeous colour range and is lots of fun to tear and distress.

CRICUT CLASS

Date:  Tuesday 10^th March

Time:  11am – 1pm

Learn how to use the cricut expression electronic diecut machine.  To cut alphabets and shapes from cardstock and patterned paper.

Earn your cricut licence to enable you to “fly solo” and use the cricut machine during shop hours for a $5 fee.  Alternatively, use the cricut machine free with your own cutting mat.

CROP NIGHT

Date:  Friday 13 March & Friday 27 March

Time:  6pm – Midnight

Cost:  $12

Includes:- light supper, lucky door prize, make and take or goody bag and use of workshop equipment.

 

BEGINNERS CLASS

Date:  Monday 16^th March

Time:  7 – 9pm

Learn some simple scrapbooking techniques from Fiona, whilst making a groovy 12 x 12 layout.  Details of what type of photos to bring will be available soon.

CONGRATUALATIONS

Last but not least, a big congratulations to Stacey, Dave, Dylan and Courtnie on the long awaited arrival of little baby Hayley Maree.

She was born on Thursday 29^th January weighing 5lb 6oz and all are happy and well.  Photo to come soon!
